Concierge requires a completed First Cork. No exceptions, and not because it is a sales funnel — installing without a map means spending your money on a guess. If you have not done the map yet, start there.
What a month looks like

Scheduled, with an agenda drawn from the map. Not a standing meeting that quietly becomes a status update.
Voxer between calls
A named person, not a shared inbox. Most questions are ninety seconds of voice, answered the same day.
Installed alongside your team
Whoever runs the work is in the room while it is built. They keep the credentials, the logins and the ability to change it.
A standing tally of what came back
Hours recovered, reviewed against the original map. Including the leaks we agreed to leave open.

The bench is capped at six because attention does not scale. When it is full, it is full, and we will say so rather than stretch.
From $1,000 a month, set against the size of the map and agreed before anything starts. Month to month. If a month goes by where we did not earn it, say so and we will end it.
The map comes first.
